The sudden loss of her mother was a turning point in her life, prompting a move to the United States for a fresh start. She attended Phillips Academy in Andover, Massachusetts, where she excelled academically and in sports, demonstrating a remarkable ability to balance various aspects of her life with grace and determination.

Pursuing higher education took her to Babson College, where she majored in entrepreneurship. Her time at Babson was not just about acquiring knowledge but broadening her horizons. A semester abroad at Hogeschool in Holland and a summer internship at Goldman Sachs in Singapore gave her invaluable insights into international business practices, further shaping her global perspective.
